Red Flags Dating App (Developer: Red Flags LLC)

1) Our commitment

Red Flags Dating App is an adults-only dating platform intended for users 18 years of age or older. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

2) Strict prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

The following are prohibited on Red Flags Dating App under any circumstances:

Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAM (including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery).
Any attempt to groom, solicit, exploit, or endanger a minor.
Any sexualized content involving minors (real or synthetic), or any content that encourages sexual contact with a minor.
Requests for CSAM, sharing CSAM links, trading CSAM, or instructions that enable CSAE/CSAM.
Attempts to use the platform to locate, contact, recruit, or traffic minors for sexual purposes.

3) Age restriction and underage prevention

The app is for 18+ only.
We do not allow accounts that we believe are operated by, for, or on behalf of anyone under 18.
If we become aware of an underage user, we will remove the account and take additional action as appropriate, including preserving relevant records for investigation where legally required.

4) In-app reporting mechanism (user feedback)

Users can report safety concerns in-app. Reporting options include (where applicable) “Underage user”, “Child safety/CSAE/CSAM”, and other safety categories. Reports can be submitted from user profiles and/or chats.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.

5) How we respond to CSAE/CSAM reports

When we receive a report or otherwise obtain knowledge of potential CSAE/CSAM, we may take the following actions:

Immediate removal of violating content (where applicable).
Account suspension or permanent termination of involved accounts.
Preservation of relevant information (such as account identifiers, message metadata, and report details) as necessary for compliance and investigations.
Escalation for urgent review by our safety team.

6) Reporting to authorities and legal compliance

Red Flags Dating App complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required, we will report confirmed CSAM/CSAE to the appropriate authorities, which may include:

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) (for reports involving the United States), and/or
Relevant regional or national authorities, depending on the jurisdiction.

8) Scope and updates

These standards apply to all users and all content on Red Flags Dating App. We may update these standards from time to time and will revise the Effective Date when changes are made.
